		<description>The Duromax appears to be a Chinese built generator.  I&#039;d be very weary about getting one.  The low price has a reason.  Consider spending a bit more money to get better quality and reliability.  Honda is very good but also very expensive.  You can get a Briggs and Stratton generator for a reasonable price.  Check your local classified ads, CraigsList, and Kijiji for used systems.

I wouldn&#039;t try to run anything more that a gas/oil furnace, but not A/C or heat pump, nor eclectic range/dryer/water heater.

You should get a separate transfer panel installed to safely use it, and have the few essential circuits moved over.</description>
